One of the Leading Members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has warned the party not to repeat the mistakes it did in the previous 2008 that led them into opposition.

Mr. Kojo Adjei Darko, who is also a Former Local Government Minister and Former MP for Sunyani West said this on Kumasi based Silver FM’s morning show hosted by Nana Kwabena Ampratwum on Tuesday, August 16, 2022.

He said, during the 2008, the party took things for granted and made some comments which did not go down well with the citizens, therefore punishing the party.

Mr. Kojo Adjei Darko commenting on the comment made by Hopeson Adorye on the show monitored by Filasconews.com.

He advised the party especially the main factions, Alan and the Vice President’s camps not throw jabs at each other but organise clean campaign.

He warned that, if the party people vying for the top positions fail to respect each other, their words can make the party unattractive to the people and send them to opposition.
