SAD: Man Who Consumed Poison With Kenkey And Fish At Asante Akyem Dwansa Dies

A man believed to be in his late 30s has died after he took in a poison together with Kenkey and Fish(Nkyenam).
The incident happened at Asante Akyem Dwansa in the Ashanti Region on Friday, October 28, 2022.
According to the report gathered by eye witness ‘Otanii Yahaya’ on Kessben FM/TV Breaking Show hosted by Katakyie today, the deceased allegedly committed the heinous act to himself over divorced from his long time girlfriend.
In order to overcome his broken heart he decided to end it all by committing the suicide.
“Yesterday morning he took a poison(fuladine) and bought kenkye(dokono) and fried fish(Nkyenam).
Thinking by the people that he was going to the farm, he began consuming the poison together with the Kenkey and Fish”, ‘Otanii Yahaya’ said on the show monitored by Filasconews.com.
He added that, after consuming the mixture and collapsed and rushed to the Asante Akyem hospital but died upon arrival.
