My Father Sl€pt With Me In The Presence Of My Mother For 3 Years Until I Nearly Died – 19-Year-Old Girl

In a live interview with Oyerepa fm, a young woman who identifies herself as Mawoena shares her sad story. The 19 year old claims she lives in Accra with her mother and father in the same house. She also claims her father told her he has ‘prepared’ her for a very long time and she is now ‘ripe’ for him to enjoy. Mawoena continues by saying her father started ‘making out’ with her when she was almost 14 years old.

‘My father told me he wants me to become his second wife and I told him that is not possible. My father ‘slept’ with me in the presence of my mother for 3 years until I almost died when he decided to abort the pregnancy. In fact, my mother saw what was happening in the house because sometimes we did ‘it’ in the room or the room nearby ours. She decided not to complain about the issue. After 3 years, I got pregnant and my father made me abort the pregnancy by giving me a drug which I did not know was ‘abortion’ pills. I cannot read and so I just ‘took in’ the drugs he gave me’, says Mawoena.

According to Mawoena, her father was mercilessly ‘making out’ or ‘sleeping’ with her everyday. After the abortion almost took my life, I reported it to the police station at Amasaman that my father has been ‘sleeping’ with me so I need help. They helped me by bringing my father to ‘face’ the law but he has been given bail and he is still around. My mother could not handle the disgrace so she ran away to Togo. My father is now living with his friend but he still sends someone to come and check if I am at home, says Mawoena.
