Josphat Ngaruiya, 60, allegedly died while having fun with a 25-year-old lady named JM in Nairobi’s Kilimani neighbourhood.
Local authorities have verified the man’s untimely death.
The police stated the woman at the heart of the terrible situation informed them she attempted to question about what was occurring but the dead did not react, prompting her to seek the assistance of the apartment management.

The police requested a 14-day extension from Principal Magistrate Zainab Abdul to perform an autopsy and evaluate the things discovered in the room.
