The Respected Director of Operations for New Patriotic Party Youth Organization (NPPYO) and Former District Chief Executive Aspirant for Suaman District of Western North region, Hon. Kennedy Annor Ngyissah-Koah has vehemently announced that, Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia is the winning number for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the general election adding that he is the most qualified and famous person to lead the party and maintain the power for them.
According to him,Dr Bawumia has supported the party in the past four elections as a vice presidential candidate and deserve to lead the NPP at the end of the tenure of the Akuffo Addo -led government.
Hon. Kennedy Annor argued that Dr. Bawumia’s unflinching support for NPP has aided the party to garnering more votes in the five Northern regions in 2016 and 2020 general elections,making him the perfect as presidential material for 2024 polls.
The Director of Operations for NPPYO, Hon Kennedy Annor cautioned that no attempt should be made to sideline Dr. Bawumia in 2024 presidential elections else the NPP will lose power to the opposition NDC.
Furthermore,Hon Kennedy has carefully conducted a research and all indication points out that the voting population craive for the vice president hence plead with the NPP delegates to do the party a favour by bringing Dr. Bawumia,to lead the party.
He continues to plead with all to bury personal interest and consider the larger interest of the party.
Finally, Hon. Annor bemoaned how factions in the NPP -“Allan camp” and “Akuffo Addo camp” continue to dwindle the support base of the party.
