Firstly, Mr. Emmanuel Owusu appreciated the move but admonished parents to take responsibility of the tablets acquisition for their wards as government is already over burdened.

He said looking at the situation on the ground currently, though the Vice President has said government will provide the device but to him, the government do not have the muscle now to acquire the device for every student in the country.
