GOOD NEWS: 3 Months Evaluation Forms For National Service Personnel Released
Ghana National Service Scheme (NSS) has urged all National Service Personnel (NSP) to download, complete, and submit National Service Monthly Evaluation Form for processing.
Management of NSS has released three month evaluation forms which include, November, December and January. Personnel are encouraged to print them and submit for processing..
How To Download and Process your NSS Monthly Evaluation Form
Here are the steps you need to follow.
1. Login to your NSS dashboard OR Go to Portal
2. Enter your Email Address used during the registration
3. Enter your Password: your default password is your NSS PIN CODE which should be typed in capital letters
4. Confirm details if correct or Request correction if otherwise
5. Tap Print your Monthly Evaluation(tap on all three months)
6. Send youtevaluation forms to your Head of Department or Immediate
Supervisor to complete the assessment forms.
7. Send the completed assessment form to your NSS district office.
How To Get your National Service Scheme (NSS) Digital Certificate After NSS
This is also done through online means. It will first be delivered in your email as soft copy. In few weeks time. It will be delivered at your doorstep without any charges delivered to your
doorstep. From all regions in the country. The NSS Certificate is a mandatory requirement
Steps:
1. Personnel must have completed their mandatory one (1) year (12 months) National Service.
2. Personnel must have had their annual assessment form filled with a fair assessment of their performance by their immediate supervisor or Head of the User Agency where served.
3. Assessment forms must have been submitted at the various District offices of the scheme where the Agency is located
4. Submit your NSS Number for verification in the field provided
5. Submit your Means of Identification
6. Fill in your details in the request form displayed
7. Make payment for delivery using any of the several options available
