The Ministry of Education together with the Ghana Education Service has released the final 2023 academic calendar for the pre-tertiary schools in the country.

The 2023 Academic calendar for KG, Primary and JHS

KG, Primary and JHS pupils will continue with their trimesters, which first semester began on the 10th of January and will vacate on the 7th ofAril 2023 for the first term of the 2023 academic year.

The 2023 Academic calendar for Senior High Schools with single track

SHS 2&3 students resumed on the 10th of January and the form 3s will go on break from the 6th of April to 16th April 2023 and resume on the 17 the of April and vacate on 1st June whilst form 2s will vacate on 6th of April for the first semester of the 2023 academic year.

Whiles new SHS 1 students will report on the 20th of February and will vacate on the 6th of April for the first semester of the 2023 academic year.
