Educate Africa Institute insists MPs are agents of development
Speaking to Okay FM based in Accra, Bono regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and law student Kwame Baffoe known popularly as Abronye DC has said his reading of the 1992 constitution of Ghana doesn’t show Members of Parliament as development agents.
Educate Africa Institute (EAI) strongly debunks this claim and asserts that MPs play a major role in the development of the country.
Aside from law-making, MPs like, Okudzato Ablakwa, Kennedy Agyapong, Dr. Osei Kei Mensah, Harruna Iddrisu, among few mentioned are impacting greatly in their communities, in areas of health, education, and so on, which is reducing the workload of government in these areas.
We are therefore stressing the relentless effort of our parliamentarians to keep up with their good work and services towards the growth of our great nation.
