1. 2018 Album tobe used for the Primaries
2. Acting Constituency Executives
3. All NPP Assembly Aspirants (34) in number whose names were sent to Party headquarters are to be used as Electoral Area Coordinators
4. All dead persons won’t be replaced (24)
4. All Delegates who have travelled won’t be replaced, and any of them can come and cast his/her vote
5. *All acting Constituency Executives who are or were Polling Station Executives are to vote but one time only and not twice*
6. Acting Constituency Executives will remain acting until the next Constituency Executives Elections and will perform all the functions as enshrined in the Party Constitution
7. The Council of Elders in 2018 will vote
8. Council of Patrons will vote
9. There will be a deceased stamp on all death person in the album
10. A decision will be taken by NEC/Council on the 90 Polling Stations after the Primaries, hence won’t be included in the 2018 Album
11. Election will be managed and organized by the National and Regional
