JUST IN: Lawyers of Dr Duffour discontinue court case | WATCH VIDEO of the announcement
The news coming in indicates that the lawyers for Dr. Kwabena Duffour, one of the presidential candidate for the opposition National Democratic Congress(NDC) have stopped the court action against the party.
Dr Duffour and his lawyers were in court seeking injunction against the NDC Saturday’s primaries.
However, his lawyers this morning have discontinued the court case to allow the election.
