6 arrested in connection with Soldier’s death at Taifa – Police(Statement)
Six(6) people have been arrested in connection with the murder of Sherrif Imoro, a Soldier, at Taifa, a suburb of Ashaiman in the Greater Accra Region.
According to Police statement sighted by Filasconews.com, the six were arrested on different dates and at different places within the Ashaiman community.
The statement was signed by the Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), Director, Public Affairs, Grace Ansah-Akrofi.
The suspects are currently in the Police custody for their suspected involvement in the Soldier’s death at Taifa, in Ashaiman.

On March 4, 2023, a young soldier, Sherrif Imoro was allegedly beaten and stabbed to death at Taifa, a suburb of Ashaiman in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana.
His lifeless body was found lying on the street by some residents in the area.
Police in the Greater Accra proceeded to the scene and confirmed the crime.
He has been buried per the customs of Islam, while the Police continue with investigation.
