Nana Amakye of Classic FM wins Bono East Region Media Personality of the year award

Rev.Sieh Kwabena Francis affectionately called Nana Amakye has won the Bono East Regional Best Media Personality award at the just ended Career Excellence Award(CEA) at Bonokyempem Hall in Techiman.
The maiden edition of CEA saw others bagging home with other awards in their field of work including best MCE, Influencial Businessman,Assembly Member,Youth Leader ,best blogger,event organizer ,business woman and others receiving citations and plaques.
In an interview with Nana Amakye who started his Radio career at Asta FM in Techiman in 2006 and worked other stations including Star FM Atebubu, Royals FM Wenchi,Bohye FM in Kumasi and currently with Classic FM in Techiman said his main secret of Progress in life is humility and God fearing.
He therefore entreated the Upcoming journalists not to follow their stomach but rather be fair in their work.
Seventeen(17)years as a Broadcast Journalist, Nana Amakye is a staunch Ghana Journalist Association(GJA) member, an ordained man of God and the Techiman-Aworowa branch Pastor of Rock Healing and Deliverance Ministry International, and also holds a Master of Education in Educational Administration and Leadership Degree at Valley View University.
Nana Amakye has received more than 20 Nominations to his credit and was crowned the 2017/2018 Best Morning Show Host in Bono Ahafo Regions on April 2018 at Golden Tulip Hotel in Kumasi.
On 11th December 2022 the icon in Radio awarded the Best Media Personality in Bono,Bono East and Ahafo RTP Awards at Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra.
So far within 2023 alone four Nominations has been realised with Bono East Media Excellence Awards,Classic Awards and Foklex Media Awards yet to go.
Nana Amakye is married with four Kids, three boys and one girl.
