Hyper Extension Exercise Helps Achieve Six-Pack Abs – Physical Instructor Reveals
Physical Instructor, Mr. Bright Egan in an interview with Aduanaba Abena Saah on Fish FM’s morning show has revealed that an exercise called hyper extension can help males who want six packs abs to achieve some in a short time.
MR Bright Egan explained that the exercise is performed by lying face down on a flat surface, such as a mat, and then lifting the torso and legs simultaneously.
He made it known that school children who carry heavy bags loaded with books and other school items, workers who sit for long puts a lot of pressure on one specific area of the body hence can cause back pain, bad posture and many more.
Mr. Bright Egan emphasized that, the hyper extension exercise can help one achieve six pack abs in a short time and also strengthen the lower back muscles, which are crucial for maintaining good posture and preventing injury.
Mr. Bright issued a piece of advice to school children who often carry heavy bags to rotate the weight from time to time by holding it for while and putting it at the back to in order to avoid putting too much strain on one particular area of the body.
