Ashanti Region: Unidentified man murdered at Sariki Akura, his fingers cut off
An unidentified man in his 30 has met his untimely demise at Sariki Akura in the Sekyedumase Municipality of the Ashanti Region.
The yet to be identified deceased suspected to be a herbal drugs seller was murdered by unknown assaillants.
Hon. Adam Alhassan, the assembly member for the electoral area speaking to the press said he had information around 5:30am that someone has been shot dead.
He proceeded to the scene and saw the lifeless body of the man lying by the road side at the aforementioned town.
He said his fingers were cut off by his killers with gun shot at his chest.
The deceased was wearing a helmet while lying by the roadside.
The Police have conveyed the body to Mampong government hospital for autopsy and preservation.
