“If you fail to come to Parliament we will not approve your budget allocations” – Minority Leader cautions Ministers
The Minority Leader and MP for Tamale South Haruna Iddrisu has cautioned Ministers of the various sectors to endeavor to appear before Parliament personally to move motions on the 2023 budget allocations to their ministries else the Minority caucus will not support the approval of those budget allocations.
Haruna Iddrisu gave the warning today in Parliament.
He said the Minority in Parliament will continue to hold government accountable and also strengthen its oversight role.
