Additionally, he made a cash donation to the team and promised to construct ultramodern girls domatory for the school.

Presenting the cash to the students, Mr. Osei Dapaah said the experience was rare and gratifying.

“Had a rare and most gratifying privilege earlier today to personally convey congratulations to my brothers and sisters especially those who represented the school in the just ended 2022 National Science and Maths Quiz.

Though Mankranso Senior High School didn’t win the contest but find it as a good attempt and encouraging for contesting category ‘A’ schools for reaching up to 1/8 position.

The feat won them admiration across the district with District Chief Executive(DCE) describing them as “undisputed kings,”.

He then advised them to stay away from pre-mature sex and focus on their books since it’s the gateway to their future success.

Receiving the donation, the Headmaster of Great Mansec, Mr. Issah Ibrahim Merigah appealed to the government, philanthropists and old students to help them fenced the school.

He also lamented over how students, both in and outside the school are able to go out and enter the school without the teacher’s ability to control such situations.

Talking about the security situation in the school, the headmaster said even though the school has some security officers, the work mostly becomes difficult for them due to the absence of a fence wall around the school.

According to the headmaster, if the school had been fully fenced, students wouldn’t be going out nor criminals entering the school.
