BONO EAST: COURT places injunction on NDC Elections scheduled Tomorrow | INJUNCTION
The Sunyani High Court has placed an Interim Injunction on the upcoming elections of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Bono East Region.
The election was scheduled to come on tomorrow, Sunday, November 20, 2022, at Atebubu.
Per the Court’s order, the election cannot proceed until further development. The Court has therefore placed an Interim Injunction on the elections.
The High Court placed the injunction on the NDC’s Bono East elections following an Interim Injunction application by Mr. Isaac Adaebsah(Plaintiff/Applicant) on 18th of November 2022.
