UPDATE: 6 Students Die In A Gory Accident On Adrobaa-Terchire Road(VIDEO)

BREAKING: 80-year-old woman found dead in her farm at Assin Breku

Six(6) students have lost their lives in a gory accident today on the Adrobaa-Terchire Road in the Tano North District of the Ahafo Region.

The accident according to eye witness who spoke to Filasconews.com occured in the early hours of Friday, November 11, 2022, around 7:45am on the above-mentioned stretch.

The accident involved a School Bus of Techire DS Elites Academy School.

The bus developed a mechanical fault while conveying the pupils to the school in the morning.

As a result of the fault, the school bus somersaulted and landed into a ditch beside the road.

Four(4) pupils of the school died on the spot while many others were injured including the driver of the vehicle.

The injured were rushed to Duayaw-Nkwanta St. John of God Hospital for treatment. The deceased were also deposited at the same facility’s morgue for autopsy and preservation.

The news coming in indicates that two other pupils have also died at the hospital making the number of deaths from the accident Six(6).

The remaining injured students, the driver who is in coma and the headmaster of the school, Mr. Desmond Suaka who collapsed after hearing the news are all receiving treatment at the hospital.

The critically injured victims of the accident have been transfered to Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) for emergency treatment.

The school bus registration number is BA- 6315-11.
