A lot of Pastors are doing “galamsey” in Ghana – Rev. Boakye reveals.
A lot of Ghanaian Pastors are involve in the illegal mining activities popularly called “galamsey”.
Reverend Emmanuel Boakye, the Head Pastor of Souls Pasture Church International, Ghana Branch at Asuofua-Akyease in the Atwima Nwabiagya North District of the Ashanti Region has said.
Filasconews.com monitored the Rev. Minister making the statement on a Kumasi based Silver FM’s morning show monitored chaired Nana Ampratwum.
According to the Rev. Boakye, there is a serious implications against those behind illegal mining activities according to Bible.
He said it is not only business men, politicians or any other individuals doing the illegalities on our lands and water bodies but some pastors also doing it.
He said such pastors have secretly acquired concession and has hired people to mine illegally in our water bodies to fund the flamboyant activities in their church.
Adding that, God will punish all these people for destroying the lands and the water bodies.
When asked by the host of the show, Nana Ampratwum, to mention names of the Pastors involve in the illegal mining activities, the Rev. Minister failed to mention the names.
