The powerful Youth of NDC has called on the NDC members and legible voters to consider the former Director of Elections of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Elvis Afriyie Ankrah as the General Secretary of the party.

President of the powerful Youth, Seth Okyere said the aspirant’s priority is to engage disgruntled cadres and party members in order to unify the party.

According to him, the party, at this stage needs to be unified, especially those party members who feel neglected in the past.

As such, his good human relations put him in a strategic position to fulfill the mission.

Seth Okyere in a press conference in the Ashanti regional capital, Kumasi said it will be a big mistake to refuse Elvis Afriyie Ankra as the parties new General secretary.

The powerful Youth of NDC was of the view that Elvis Ankra is an unbeatable candidate for the secretary position.
