VERY SAD: Young boy paralysing after wrong injection at Tepa-Asuhyiae(VIDEO)
8-year-old boy is at the verge of loosing his brighter future after given wrong injection by a midwife in the Ashanti Region.
A midwife at Tepa-Asuhyiae Chip Compound in the Ahafo Ano North District of the Ashanti Region administered the wrong injection to the child.
Explaining the sadden incident on Kumasi based Silver FM’s morning show hosted by Nana Kwabena Ampratwum today, Tuesday, July 26, 2022, Mr. Yaw Adoko, the father of the victim said, his son was unwell last week and was rushed from school to receive treatment at the Asuhyiae Chip Compound.
The midwife on duty, only identified as Lydia, gave wrong injection to the child.
A minute after the injection at the chip Compound, Mr. Adoko disclosed on the show monitored by Filasconews.com that, the child showed signs of falling hence, the father grabbing him.
Imaging he was angry, the midwife sold a Malta guiness to the father to give to him but still the child could not stand.
On their way back home, the victim paralyzed on the way and the father, Mr. Adoko had to carry his boy.
Since then, the child situation keeps deteriorating as his legs keep shrinking, can’t walk well.
The child cannot also stand upright while his right arm disabling.
The worst part is that, the midwife is not coorporating with the Victim’s father to treat save the child.
Mr. Yaw Adoko is now calling for help.
