A Seamstress Appeals For ¢4billion For Kidney Transplant

A 28-year-old Seamstress at Tamso a suburb of Tarkwa in the Tarkwa – Nsuaem Municipal of the Western Region, Madam Esther Ampah is appealing for GHC 4billion to undergo kidney transplant in India

The Seamstress who was diagnosed with kidney failure from Systematic Lupus Erythematosus(SLE) and currently undergoing dialysis at Renal Dialysis Unit at Korle bu Teaching Hospital in Accra does dialysis two to three sessions in a week.

He has been asked by medical doctors to leave Ghana for India to seek medical attention but rising the money has become a big blow for her and family and therefore appealing for support.

“I have been diagnosed with kidney failure, I’m on dialysis for more than 1year now and advised by the Doctors to go to India for kidney transplant, Infact I’m really suffering” I’m appealing to NOG’S, Mining Companies, Churches, Institutions, philanthropists and politicians to help save my life” she painfully appealed.

The Renal Dialysis Unit at Korle bu Teaching Hospital has given her report to go out and solicit for GHC, 4billion to aid her surgery in India.
