Bibiani Clashes: One Victim Confirmed Dead
One of the victims in the Bibiani Clashes is dead.
One out of the three people who sustained severe gun shot wounds during the clashes between youth and the security forces at Bibiani in the Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Municipality of the Western North Region has died.
The Victim, Oteng Krah, died yesterday, Sunday, July 24, 2022, at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH), in the Ashanti Region.
A resident and an insider at the Bibiani palace, Nana Nyarko confirmed this today, Monday, July 25, 2022, in an interview with Filasconews.com.
At least five people were shot at during a clash between the youth of Bibiani and some group allegedly to be security forces.
The three amongst the five who were severely wounded were transfered to Kumasi, Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.
Unfortunately, two are responding to treatment while the other one has succumbed to death.
The currently is currently at the morgue for autopsy and preservation.
