Yam Festival: Asogli State given 24hrs to provide Kennedy Agyapong’s reps else….

A group, called, “WE’RE FOR KEN WORLWIDE” has given Asogli State a 24 hour ultimatum to provide the representatives for the Board Chairman of Ghana Gas, Hon. Kennedy Agyapong at the Asogli State Te Za(Yam Festival), 2022.
The Asogli State Te Za,2022, became the topic in the media domain after the Management of the festival led by Togbe Afede XIV refused to accept the gifts of Hon. Kennedy Agyapong.
After news broke out, Asogli State came out to explaining the happenings at the Yam Festival.
In their press release sighted by Filasconews.com, Asogli State stated without hesitating that, the Management of the festival did not invite Hon. Kennedy Agyapong.
The statement added that, Hon. Kennedy Agyapong through his representatives appealed to the Management of the Asogli State Te Za to include the Assin Central Legislator.

However, the Camp of Hon. Kennedy Agyapong has refuted the claims by Asogli State.
According to a pro Kennedy Agyapong group, WE’RE FOR KEN, Asogli State sent official invitation to Hon. Kennedy Agyapong to present at the festival.
The group also backed their claims with an invitation letter sent by Asogli State to Hon. Kennedy Agyapong.

Base on the above evidence, the group has charged Asogli State to provide the so called reps for Hon. Kennedy.
The Founder and Leader of WE’RE FOR KEN WORLDWIDE, Mr. Abrefa Gyan speaking on a Kumasi based Silver FM’s morning show hosted by Nana Kwabena Ampratwum stated that, they have giving the management of Asogli State Te Za (Yam Festival) to as a matter of urgency provide the representatives that lobbied for invitation for the Assin Central Member of Parliament (MP), Hon. Kennedy Agyapong at the Yam Festival within 24hrs else …they will advice themselves.
