BREAKING: ASASS applies for injunction to stop the ongoing Inter-Schools Soccer(Original Document)
Asanteman Senior High School in Kumasi of the Ashanti Region have applied for an Interim injunction from Kumasi High Court to halt the ongoing inter school boys soccer competition.
In their motion on notice to apply for the Interim injunction sighted by Filasconews.com after a Kumasi based Pure FM’s sports hosted by Mr. Bright Kankam Boadu a.k.a Chairman or BKB, ASASS is seeking reversal of a decision by the steering committee for the ongoing soccer tournament against Asanteman Senior High school.
Brief Background
The decision was arrived after wrong judgement against the school to eliminate them from the ongoing competition.
The school was accused of using wrong player in the competition and therefore a committee that was set up to look into the matter refused to hear both accuse and defendant but listened to the accuse only and made decision.
However, Asanteman nicknamed as ASASS or NANANOM deems it illegal, the decision taken by the committee thereby seeking injunction to halting the competition.
