Meat Work Can Sustain The Economy Than Our Mineral Resources- Chief Butcher As He Appeals For Support From Government

Alhaji Tikumah Wahab, the Chief of Butcher of Ashanti Region Abattoir has stated that, their work can sustain the Ghanaian economy better than the toured mineral resources.

Chief Wahab revealed that, meat work can generate more income to the Government to support the economy if good measures are being put in place to make the work lucrative.

Speaking to the press in Kumasi, Alhaji Tikumah Wahab disclosed that, countries like America, Denmark, Australia, Brazil, including Botswana in Africa ride part of their huge economy via meat work.

Adding that, Four Hundred and Forty Five Thousand (445,000) are employed under Abattoir work in Australia.

He said, these employees provided Fifty Billion Dollars(US$50bn) to support the Australian economy in just a year, 2020.

Brazil, Denmark, America etc. on the other side according to the Chief Butcher, are all making huge profit from meat work.

He’s therefore appealing to the Ghanaian Government to come to their aid by providing modern Abattoirs and lay down fruitful measures to help generate more income from the work in support of the economy.
