He was distooled today by his overlord, the Chief of Trede, Nana Nubin Nsra over alleged galamsey brouhaha.

Aggrieved Nweneso residents to demonstrate against their Chief, give ultimatum
Score of aggrieved residents calling itself concerned residents of Nweneso number three (No. 3) in the Atwima Kwanwoma district of the Ashanti have threatened serious Demonstration against their chief Nana Kwabena KARIKARI Frimpong for allegedly misusing the community fund meant for community development.
According to them, the said chief,Nana Frimpong has demonstrated and still demonstrating gross disrespect to the entire township.
Speaking on their behalf,the leader of the group Mr Boakye ANSAH, said the chief has now turned the Nweneso township into the headquarters of Ghana’s number one area of illegal mining activities widely known as galamsay.
We are humbly calling for the effort of authorities especially, Member Of Parliament, the district chief executive, Chief of Trede Traditional area in the person of Nana Nubin Nsra to quickly intervene to avert the canker which is gradually breeding violence.
