The 16 year old girl told court she willingly went to her boyfriend’s house spent 3 days with him and willingly had consented sex with him.
The boy’s family said that the girl’s parents were angry because their daughter had eloped with the boy and sought to punish him for what they viewed as an “teenager relationship.”
