KEJETIA-CENTRAL MARKET DEVELOPMENT: Contracta Settles Striking Workers Demand
The Consultant Engineer for Contracta Construction Limited, Mr. Emmanuel Danso has revealed that, the firm has resolved the issues of the striking workers.
The workers of Contracta, working on their various sites such as KATH Maternity Block, Central Market etc. striked yesterday over salary increment.
The workers were demanding 25% increment on their salaries.
But, speaking this morning, May 17, 2022, SILVERFM’s morning show, Mr. Emmanuel Danso, the Consultant said, management have settled their grievances.
He disclosed on the show monitored by Filasconews.com that, both parties have agreed on 12% increment.
Currently, the workers are on site.
