FINALLY: The ‘Death-Trap’ Bridge In The Ashanti Region Is Under Construction(PHOTOS)
Work is currently ongoing on the death trap bridge at Aduman.
The bridge, linking at least four communities including Aduman, Kodie, Aboabogya etc. collapsed which made residents stranded.
Students, drivers, pedestrians were blocked from playing the road to their various places.
Hon. Augustine Anokye Asiamah, assembly member of Aduman in the Afigya Kwabre South of the Ashanti Region, expressed disappointment in the authorities for not taking steps to addressing their issue.
Speaking on Omanbapa Morning Show on Silver FM hosted by Nana Kwabena Ampratwum monitored by FILASCONEWS.COM, Hon. Anokye appealed to the powers that be to as a matter of urgency intervene before the unfortunate happens.
God being so good, today, a visit to the place by Filasconews.com observed that, construction is underway on the road, to re construct the bridge.
However, the assembly member, has also confirmed the work on the road and has expressed gratitude.
According to Honourable Asiamah, the construction of the bridge, from the contractors would be completed within 3 months.
