KUMASI: All These Major Roads To Be Blocked Today
Major Roads in Kumasi, the Capital of Ashanti Region would be blocked today, Wednesday, April 20, 2022.
KMA, together with Contracta Construction Limited issued the statement yesterday, April 19, 2022, indicated that parts of Kumasi Central Business District will be temporary blocked Thursday.
The statement said it was to pave way for Contracta Construction to carry out it’s work smoothly today by transporting their construction materials to their new site in order to initiate the second phase of the Central Market project.
Given timeline for the closure, the Consultant for Contracta Construction, Mr. Emmanuel Danso, stated in the statement that, it is taking effect at exactly 7:00am today.
“All roads from Race Course to Kejetia to Central Market would be blocked”, the statement added.
