Senior High School Structures Ripped off Completely By Downpour, Several Students Injured(VIDEO&PHOTOS)

A very sad news reaching filasconews.com indicates that, a heavy downpour on Thursday, March 3, 2022, at about 5:30pm, has ripped the roofs of the classroom blocks of Nkrankwanta Senior High School (SHS) in the Dormaa West District of the Bono Region.

Particularly, the office of the school used for books keeping, teachers common room, classroom blocks have all been ripped off its roofings as a result of the rainstorm alongside the downpour on yesterday’s evening.

However, the Assembly Member for the area has also confirmed the catastrophe on a Kumasi based Silver FM’s morning show.

Speaking on the show, Hon. Issifu Basomah revealed that, several students were also hurt by the rainstorm.

He told the host of the show Nana Ampratwum that, “at least 24 students have injured as a result of that”.

Almost all the school blocks have been ripped off by the rain…. Infact, it is a bigger catastrophe for us.
