There is simmering tension in the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Bantama, as one Ms. Mercy Mensah, a polling station executive, have been suspended from the party.
The colleagues, Concerned NPP Polling Agents have called for redress.
Miss Mercy Mensah were handed her suspension letters on Wednesday, February 17th , 2022 for “gross misconduct.”

Members of the Concerned NPP Polling Agents in Bantama have raised red flags over the suspension saying “if anyone needs to be suspended, it should rather be some of the constituency executives.
