Jubilant Boakye Danquah, a.k.a Rev.J.K Danquah has charged members of Ghana medical association to lead a crusade against any attempt by article 71 holders in the country from attending medical checkup outside the country.
The man of God can’t understand why Ghana is blessed with qualify and experienced medical doctors but leaders in the country always spend a lot of tax paying money meant for developmental projects to make them travel abroad for their medical checkup.

He called on the speaker of parliament, RT. Hon. Kingsford Alban Sumana Bagbin to step aside if he considers that his health status is not given him much attention to exercise his duty as speaker. He said, this is because the speaker’s continuous absence in the house is creating a lot of disputes among the members which should not be so.
He maintained that, the speaker’s inaction in the house can destroy the peaceful atmosphere as the country known to be leaders in democracy.
The Reverend minister also charged the government and other stakeholders to thoroughly investigate the circumstances that lead to the Apiatse explosion and the current one that occurred at Obuasi. According to him, a continuous explosion in such a manner should be a matter of concern to our leaders.

He commended the committee for the 6million fine put on the Maxam Company that caused the explosion but however charged the government to go deep into the investigation and if there’s the need to punish anyone for any negligence, it should be done to serve as a deterrent.
He finally pleaded with the well meaning Ghanaians to as a matter of urgency support victims of the Apiatse where he also took the opportunity to commend all those who have provided a helping hand.
