The ECOWAS Chairman and the President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo would be present in Greater Kumasi today, Sunday, February 6, 2022.

The President would be joining his best friend, the Ashanti Monarch, Otumfour Osei Tutu II, to commence the 5th Anniversary of the death of former Asantehemaa, Nana Afia Kobi Serwaa Ampem II.
The Ceremony would also celebrates the new Queenmother Nana Konadu Yiadom III, who succeeded her late mother, who died in November, 2016, at age 109.
The President would in no time land himself in the capital city of the Ashanti Region and the second largest in the country to show love and support to his friend.
The President made this known to a delegation from Manhyia Palace inviting him officially about the ceremony.
