“I’ll lead my people and campaign against 2024 election”- Ashanti angry Chief to NPP(Government)

Towns in the Amansie South District of the Ashanti Region have been battling with poor road networks over decades.

The residents in the various communities in the district have, on several occasions complained about the deplorable nature of roads in the area.

The major town amongst the struggling communities is Agroyesum.

The Chief of the community, Nana Kissi Agyabeng (iii), speaking exclusively with Filasco Degeneral about their challenges hinted that, they are tired of lamenting always about their poor roads without seeing improvement on it.

He said, both NPP and NDC have neglected their road and since his infancy, he has never witnessed a tarred road in the Amansie South District.

He has therefore opined that, he, Nana Kissi Agyabeng (I) a.k.a Nana One, will lead his people and campaign against the impending 2024 election if government fails to construct their road.

Agroyesum has one of the biggest health centers in the region but, the poor road syndrome, according to the aggrieved Chief has deteriorated the effectiveness of the hospital.

“Frankly speaking, Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo has really done well, looking at his policies, they have really helped the good people of Ghana, but, we in the Amansie South District, our headache is our road.

We’ve gone all out to get our roads constructed but to no avail. And this time, I am sending a signal to the President that, if he didn’t construct and tar our road, I will lead my people and campaign against 2024 election”, Nana Agyabeng stressed.

” Nobody will vote here again”.
