Update gathered indicates that, one other person has lost his life via the motor crash at Ampento.
The incident that happened on Sunday at about 8:30pm at the said locality in the Bosome-Freho District of the Ashanti Region claimed one life at the spot.
The 21-year old Kwaku Boamah died instantly after the incident leaving two other victims in critical condition.
But, a resident and eye witness at the Aniwaa Hospital at Kootwea where the deceased and the injured victims were admitted, Mr. Isaac Antwi a.k.a Gabby has confirmed from the medical officers at the facility on Silver FM’s Omanbapa Morning Show today, Monday, December 20, 2021, that, one other victim, Koo Emma, 22, who hails from Mmrontuo had also given up his ghost this morning around 8:30am.
The number of deceaseds now stands at 2, leaving only, Kofi Yesu who is also 21 years of age.
Meanwhile, the remaining victim has been referred to Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) due to his critical condition.
“Nana Ampratwum, we have to even pray hard for the remaining victim because his situation is very ghastly”, the eye witness at the hospital told the host of the show.
