Friends of Dr. Kwaku Oteng to Construct over 500 mechanised boreholes in rural Communities

Friends of Dr. Kwaku Oteng has disclosed that, it would construct over 500 mechanised boreholes with overhead tanks in some selected communities mostly in the rural areas in Ghana to enable the dwellers having access to water.

Friends of Dr. Kwaku Oteng, registered as an NGO and inaugurated on November 20, 2020, at Kronum in the Suame Constituency of the Ashanti Region aims to bringing development and uniting all Ghanaians, especially the youth from all walks of life under the umbrella of Dr. Kwaku Oteng, irrespective of ones Political affiliation, religion, economic status, social class, academic qualification etc. and provide social and economic support to the underprivileged individuals in our societies.

At a durbar of chiefs and people on Sunday, December 12, 2021, the Chairman of the group, Mr. James Arthur Darko speaking to Filasco DeGeneral after honouring the CEO of Angel Groups of Company, Dr. Augustine Kwaku Oteng Mensah as a Living Legend, said that the construction of the over 500 mechanised boreholes are part of their responsibilities as an NGO founded to alleviate hardship and bring relief to people especially those in rural areas.

He said the move when executed would address some of the challenges confronting many deprived communities.

He noted that it would be of immense benefit to the people in the remote Communities since the hustling and bustling they had to go through on daily basis in search of water adding that all the struggling over water will be a thing of the past.

The Living Legend, Dr. Kwaku Oteng thanked the organisation for the honour and everyone who supported it.

He stressed on his commitment to helping and employing more people to help eliminate unemployment from the country.

He said, he’ll never relent on his efforts to providing more jobs for the benefit of others and called on the general public to remember him in prayers.

“I’m very grateful to witness this very great day to honour me as a Living Legend, I thank God and everybody here especially Friends of Dr. Kwaku Oteng.

I’m poised to providing more jobs and support for the citizenry”, the Living Legend, Dr. Augustine Kwaku Oteng Mensah said.
