Six (6) teachers have been arrested by the police in the Ashanti Region at Opoku Ware Senior High School.
Confirming the incident, a teacher by name Asonaba Kofi Mensah Aborampah told Nana Ampratwum on Silver FM’s morning show today, November19,2021, that, the said teachers were picked up by the Police in connection with alleged examination malpractise in the ongoing Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) at OWASS.
“It was around 10:am yesterday that the incident happened. Men in mufty came to the school and was moving round not knowing they were security officers.
Few minutes later after their arrival, six of my colleague teachers were nabbed under suspicion of sending to the examination hall foreign materials to aid their students”, Asonaba disclosed in the interview today monitored by filasconews.
