NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW-SECURITY EXPERT
Security Expert, Adam Bona says constitution of the country is above all citizens hence no one should be spared when he/she commits crime irrespective of their positions in the society.
According to the Security Analyst, politicians must not behave like they are above the law governing the nation, Ghana.
He said the Constitution does not create flattering environment to anyone crime adding that the law should be allowed to take its course on anyone who it’s crime.
Reacting to the Madina MP’s brouhaha with the Ghana Police Service on PEACENEWS monitored by this medium, the fused security expert said, MPs are not over arrest thus Hon. Francis Xavier Sosu should make himself available for the police to interrogate him.
He elaborated that the stance of Parliamentarians also throwing their weights behind their colleagues to resist police arrest is unlawful revealing that nowhere in the Constitution speaks against MPs arrest.
