Former Ghana international Nii Odartey Lamptey has won back his East Legon Mansion after a long legal battle with his ex-wife

The U17 World Cup winner has been renting an apartment for the past eight years since divorcing his wife Gloria Lamptey

Odartey Lamptey has since married a new wife and has three lovely children with his new partner

Nii Odartey Lamptey, a former Ghana international, has successfully won his legal case against his ex-wife to reclaim his East Legon Mansion.

The former U17 World Cup winner lost his property to Ms Gloria Appiah after the former lovers divorced following a revelation that his two daughters with the woman were not his biological children.

Reports coming in shows that, the ex-footballer has now won the case against his ex-lover and can now move into the mansion in East Legon.

Former Ghana international Odartey Lamptey has won back his East Legon mansion from his ex wife. The Accra Court finally ruled that Mr Lamptey can take possession of his house tomorrow. Lamptey has been renting since 2014 after the wife sued to claim the house following their divorce,” reports Ghanaian journalist Saddick Adams.

Nii Odartey Lamptey will be returning to his home in East Legon on April 4, 2022.

Following their divorce, Ms Gloria claimed the house as well as taking an amount of GHC 40,000 as alimony.

Court rejects Odartey Lamptey’s ex-wife’s appeal
Earlier, Sports Brief reported that the Court of Appeal has again rejected the appeal from the estranged ex-wife of former Ghana footballer Odartey Lamptey to own one of his properties in East Legon.

Gloria Appiah, the divorced wife of the former Ghana international is claiming ownership of a seven-bedroom house in East Legon.

In an interview with Kasapa FM’s Alexander Anyankwaa, the former Aston Villa player showed gratitude for the support from the public as he keeps his property.
