JUST IN: Five Passengers Die In A Gory Accident At Oframoase
Five Passengers have died today, Sunday, March 13, 2022 in an accident on Kumasi-Accra Highway.
DSP Foster Asante, the Nkawkaw MTTD Commander has confirmed the incident to Filasco DeGeneral
DSP Asante revealed in the Interview with filasconews that, the gory accident occured at Oframoase in the Nkawkaw Municipality of the Eastern Region.
He said, a Sprinter Bus, with Registration Number GC-6521-21 ran through a stationed faulted articulated truck on the highway.
Five People Passengers died on the spot, leaving several others injured.
DSP Foster revealed that, the deceased have been deposited at the Nkawkaw Government Hospital for autopsy and Preservation.
The injured have also been admitted at the same facility for treatment.
As at the time of filing this report, 2:54pm, DSP Foster Asante disclosed in the interview with Filasco DeGeneral of filasconews that, officers are currently on the road, clearing debris and damaged vehicle from the road.
