1. Taemeawu ( Bryophyllum pinnatum or miracle leaf)
2. Corn Dough ( aburoo mmɔre )
3. Water

How To Prepare It.
Get some quantity of the herb called taemeawu.(miracle tree)
Grind it very well until it becomes very smooth and slippery.
Get some amount of corn doe from the white corn (maize) and not yellow corn.
After grinding the taemeawu, Take your time and mix it very well with the corn doe.
Add plenty amount of water to the mixture and sieve or filter it.
USAGE
You can use the filtered or sieved liquid as your drinking water or you can drink it as often as possible.
Continueto do this for sometime and the condition will not occur again.
