Chief appeals to MP, MCE to complete their 9-unit classroom blocks initiated by the people

Nana Ntim Bediako ii, the Chief of Bawdie Dompim in the Wassa Amenfi East Municipality of the Western Region has humbly made an appeal to the Member of Parliament (MP) for Wassa Amenfi East Constituency, Hon. Nicholas Amankwah and the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Wassa Amenfi East Municipality, Hon. Fredrick Korang popularly known as Hon. KK to complete their stalled Nine(9) unit classroom blocks in the Municipality.
The classroom project was raised up by the people in the community to supporting the pupils in the Bawdie Dompim M/A Basic School but the project has reached a level that they need external help from the government, the MP and the MCE to complete it for the pupils.
According to the Chief, there is inadequate classrooms for the pupils in the school hence the need to appeal to the government for immediate support.
Nana Made this appeal in an interview with Agyemfra Bright on Sunday, April 23, 2023, at a sod cutting and a fund raising program at Bawdie Dompim in the above-mentioned region.

The MCE and MP were all invited to the program and both attended.
The MP, Hon. Nicholas Amankwah who already donated 30 bags of cement to support the project, also gave additional 50 bags of cement.
Not enough for him, he also donated a cheque of Two Thousand Ghana Cedis(GHc2,000.00) in support of the school project and also pledged to lending a helping hand anytime the Chief and the people need him.
On his part, the Municipal Chief Executive Hon. Fredrick Korang a.k.a Hon. KK donated GHc3,000.00(physical cash).
The MCE also added iron rods to support the project.
He added that, the Chief should not hesitate to knock his doors as he is poised to supporting the community.
