Asawinso, Kojina residents appeal to govt to construct their poor road networks
Residents of Asawinso and Kojina in the Sefwi Wiawso Municipality of the Western North Region have appealed to the government over their road network.
Oheneba Philip Amoah, Assemblymember for the Asawinso Market Electoral area, in an interview, called for immediate action to avert any calamity on roads in the municipality.
He described the Asawinso-Kojina road which links the Asawinso to the Regional capital, as a death trap which needed urgent attention.
The assembly member who appealed in an interview with the WENDA Ghana said portions of the road were falling off and if nothing was done about it, some communities would be cut off completely when the rains set in.
