W/R: Angry NDC branch executives threaten demo against party chairman, MP over “dark appointment” of new executives

Angry Branch Executives of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Amenfi East Constituency of the Western Region have threatened to demonstrate against the regional chairman of the party, Nana Toku and their Member of Parliament (MP), Hon Nicholas Amankwah over what they described as “dark appointment” of constituency executives.

According to the angry Branch Executives of the NDC, these two people appointed the new constituency executives without voting.

They said they will not accept the appointment of the MP and the Chairman as it goes contrary to the rules of the party.

They have therefore served notice to the party executives at the national to as a matter of urgency step foot on the matter and address it amicably else, they will do massive demonstration against the aforementioned individuals and the party as a whole to demand justice.

Speaking to the press today, they said the demonstration will go on at Wassa Bawdie-Dompim.
