JUST IN: Two lesbians sentenced to 14 years in prison 2 days to their wedding
Two days before their wedding, the police arrested two newly engaged lesbians and sentenced them to 14 years in prison in a trending news on Twitter feed.
Two young women, Chioma and Amaka, from Umudioka in Dunukofia Council Area of the state, were arrested by the police in Ogidi, Anambra State, for allegedly engaging in lesbianism.
According to a police source, the suspects were arrested while indulging in the dirty deed in a beer parlour owned by one of them.
According to a reliable source, members of the gay and lesbian community in the state have begun to mobilise lawyers to prevent the women and their other members currently caught up in the police dragnet from being imprisoned.
Further information revealed that the lesbian family is currently raising money from members in different regions of the state to cover their legal bills.
It was also discovered that Isa Mohammed, the Ogidi Divisional Police Officer (DPO), has vowed to ensure that the culprits are jailed as a deterrent. One of the suspects has already confessed that she is a lesbian and that the devil made her do it.
However, Mohammed urged anyone who might be interested to wait until the day of judgement, when everything will be clear.
