The Honourable MP for Kwadaso Estate in the Ashanti region, Dr. Stephen Amoah has on Sunday donated a pickup to his constituency in order to help beef up security in his constituency.
The donation was done due to the rampant robberies going on at his constituencies.
Dr Stephen Amoah indicated that the crime rate in the area has become so rampant for the past ten years, by presenting this vehicle to the watchdog committee will enable them in collaboration with the police will get rid of the canker to the lowest minimum.
The legislator also declared that Nhyieso constituency will soon be declared as an insecurity Free Zone.
He therefore urged parents and guardians to advise their children to abstain from social vices and also advised the youth to abstain from armed robberies,abuse of drugs and other bad behaviors , failure to do so will land them in jail.
Leader of the Nhyieso Neighborhood Watchdog Committee, Commader Kwesi Nyarko thanked the MP for the donation and also appealed for logistics to enhance their work.
