Chinese woman loses fingers in Avenor Junction Broad day Robbery
On Friday afternoon at Avenor Junction, a middle-aged Chinese woman was attacked by two armed robbers riding a motorcycle.
The victim, who was traveling from Alajo to Kwame Nkrumah Circle, reportedly lost three fingers in the attack. The robbers allegedly fled with a large sum of money after blowing out the victim’s car tires and shooting her fingers.
The victim is currently receiving treatment at a nearby hospital. In the meantime, the police said in a statement that they are looking for a group of armed robbers who shot and injured a woman at Caprice in Accra today, December 9, 2022.
Special intelligence and operations teams have been sent out to find and apprehend the suspects, and we will definitely bring them to justice.
The victim is receiving medical care and is in stable condition.
